Reasons for joining the Pageant:
It has always been my mom’s dream for me to join Miss Chinese Vancouver Pageant, and it is a great opportunity now as I have completed graduate school.
What is the most beautiful object or incident in the world:
I think spending some quality time with my family would be the most beautiful because I do not get to see my family very often; it is always important for me to find a balance between my studies and time with them.
Who is your female role model and why:
Mother Teresa, because of her selfless dedication to the people in the world.
Why do you think you will excel at this Pageant and be crowned Miss Chinese Vancouver:
My education background and language skills will help me excel the pageant, because I have more experience with interview and Q&A. Most importantly, my improvements and growth throughout the pageant will help me to stand out.
If you won this contest, how, as Miss Chinese Vancouver, would you contribute to the society and the world:
I am an animal protector and a vegetarian for almost 5 years. If I can win this pageant, I hope to become an ambassador to encourage people to support animal protection.
